The online store FORSTUNT (4STUNT), hereinafter referred to as the "Store," is operated by the company PARTS FOR STUNT PAWEŁ PĘDZICH with its registered office at Pultuska 155/30 07-200 Wyszkow, Poland, VAT ID: 7621943612.
The regulations define the rules for purchases and the use of services offered by the Store.
Using the Store signifies acceptance of these Regulations.
§2 Orders
Orders can be placed through the Store's website.
When placing an order, the Customer is obliged to provide their personal data and delivery address.
After placing an order, the Customer receives a confirmation of order acceptance and information regarding payment and delivery to the email address provided.
The Store reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order in case of impossibility of order fulfillment or other significant reasons.
§3 Payments
The Store allows payments for orders to be made through various payment methods, such as bank transfer, credit card, electronic payment systems, etc.
The order will be processed upon receipt of payment.
In the case of choosing cash on delivery payment, payment must be made to the courier upon delivery or at the pickup point.
§4 Delivery
The Store fulfills orders throughout the country.
The cost and time of delivery are specified when placing an order.
The Store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
§5 Returns and Complaints
The Customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.
The return of goods is possible only if the product shows no signs of use, is fully complete, and returned in the original packaging.
In case of complaints, the Customer is obliged to inform the Store about the product defect within 7 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
The Store will handle the complaint within 14 days from the date of its notification.
§6 Personal Data Protection
The Store undertakes to protect the personal data of Customers in accordance with applicable law, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
Customer's personal data are used solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and communication with the Customer.
§7 Final Provisions
This Regulation shall enter into force upon its publication on the Store's website.
The Store reserves the right to amend the Regulation at any time.
Matters not regulated by this Regulation shall be governed by the provisions of the generally applicable Polish law.
Any disputes arising from the performance of sales agreements shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Store.
The Regulation was drawn up in two identical copies, one for each of the parties.
